Return Policy:

Any item ordered from our store may be returned for full credit within 14 days of your purchase. The item must be in an unused restockable condition. All returns must include all hardware and in original condition and cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation. We will not refund any item that was damaged due to assembly or by incorrect installation.

It is the buyers responsibility to contact Rivercity Cycle Parts within 3 days of delivery if product was damaged in transit or has missing parts.

Rivecity Cycle Parts is not responsible for any charges for labor, repairs, materials, down-time or lost profits due to returning any merchandise.

Returns due to customer ordering error will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. 

All return shipments are to be paid for by the buyer.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION:

Before returning any item, please notify us via email so that we can provide you with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) and we will give you specific instructions on how to proceed with your return. (No returns can be accepted without authorization). To speed authorization, please provide us with the invoice number, order number, and order date.
